Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Systems Administrator to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure across Windows Server and Linux environments in Doha, Qatar. The role requires strong hands-on experience in infrastructure administration, virtualization, high availability, backup and disaster recovery, monitoring, cloud environments, and infrastructure automation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining reliable, secure, and highly available infrastructure while supporting both Windows and RHEL-based Linux platforms. Strong expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, VMware/Nutanix, HCI, backup and disaster recovery, monitoring tools, and automation is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise Windows Server and Linux infrastructure.
• Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
• Support Windows Server clustering and failover configurations.
• Administer Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO) environments.
• Develop and use PowerShell for administration and automation.
• Administer RHEL-based Linux environments, including security hardening and patching.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Linux infrastructure issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Manage and support VMware and Nutanix virtualization/HCI environments.
• Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure using tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds, or Grafana.
• Support infrastructure across public and hybrid cloud environments.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Bash, and/or Ansible.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity.
• Support continuous improvement of infrastructure reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT Infrastructure Administration experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with both Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience administering both platforms is mandatory.
