Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Director to lead and oversee major Facilities Management (FM) projects across Riyadh and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, extensive facilities management expertise, and proven experience managing complex landscape and mixed-use developments.

The successful candidate will provide strategic project leadership, manage key stakeholders, and ensure effective delivery of FM services in line with project objectives and operational requirements. Previous experience with Facilities Management consultancies is essential, while Saudi Arabia and broader GCC project experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage major Facilities Management projects across Riyadh and Makkah.
• Provide strategic leadership across FM operations and project delivery.
• Oversee Facilities Management activities for landscape and mixed-use projects.
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Drive project performance, service delivery, and operational standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project requirements, priorities, and delivery expectations.
• Provide senior-level guidance and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure effective communication between project stakeholders and FM teams.
• Support continuous improvement of FM processes and service delivery standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience within Facilities Management.
• Proven experience working on landscape and mixed-use projects.
• Previous experience working with Facilities Management consultancies is essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and complex FM projects.
• Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
• Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is highly preferred.
• Relevant Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, or related professional background is advantageous.
