Job Overview

Nair Systems is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support its Qatar operations, with a strong focus on projects within the Banking and Financial Services sector. The position requires extensive experience managing complex IT projects, with particular expertise in Cards & Payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects within the Banking and Financial Services sector.
• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Manage project stakeholders and maintain effective communication across teams.
• Apply strong knowledge of Cards & Payments to relevant technology projects.
• Manage project budgets and financial requirements.
• Lead, motivate, and develop project teams.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and operational challenges.

• Ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are effectively managed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• PMI / Project Management certification required.
• MBA or Master’s Degree is an advantage.
• 8+ years of experience managing IT projects within Banking and Financial Services.
• Strong Banking and Financial Services domain experience.
• Cards & Payments experience is mandatory.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Financial management and budgeting skills.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational capabilities.
• Good interpersonal and adaptability skills.
• Training or certification in banking, management, or systems technology is an advantage.
• Candidates able to join within 2 weeks to a maximum of 1 month are preferred.
