Job Overview

We are seeking Java Spring Boot Developers to join a technology team in Malaysia. Two positions are available for experienced software professionals with 8–10 years of industry experience in Java-based application development.

The role focuses on developing scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and SQL. Experience in the cards and payments domain is considered an advantage and may provide additional opportunities to contribute to banking and financial technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop scalable and resilient microservices-based applications.
• Design and integrate REST APIs for internal and external systems.
• Develop efficient SQL queries and work with relational databases.
• Participate in application architecture and technical solution development.
• Troubleshoot application issues and implement effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, architects, and other technical stakeholders.
• Participate in software development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Follow coding standards, development best practices, and application security principles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of application performance and maintainability.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong programming experience in Java.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Practical experience developing Microservices.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API integration.
• Good working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and enterprise application architecture.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Cards or payments domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.
