Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mobile App Developer to develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. The role is ideal for a software professional with 5+ years of experience and strong expertise in JavaScript-based application development, hybrid mobile technologies, and established or legacy codebases.

The successful candidate will work with an existing Ember.js and Apache Cordova application environment, contributing to feature development, reusable UI components, API integrations, debugging, performance improvements, and application stability. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Work effectively with an existing Ember.js and Cordova codebase.
• Build and maintain reusable UI components and application features.
• Debug and resolve functional, performance, and compatibility issues.
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and backend engineering teams.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain development quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with JavaScript and frontend application development.
• Hands-on experience with Ember.js or another JavaScript MVC/framework.
• Experience developing hybrid mobile applications using Apache Cordova or PhoneGap.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Sass, and jQuery.
• Experience with Node.js-based development environments.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android build, debugging, and deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with existing and legacy codebases.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and maintain complex application architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating or upgrading legacy JavaScript applications.
• Experience with modern Ember.js, React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of native iOS and Android development.
