Job Overview

We are seeking a highly proactive and execution-focused ERP Project Lead / Business Analyst to support ongoing ERP implementation and business transformation initiatives in Dubai. The position will act as a key link between business users, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners to facilitate effective project coordination and successful delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting multiple project workstreams, stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, business workshops, testing, governance, and go-live activities. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) is preferred, while candidates with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platform experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive ERP project coordination and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and facilitate business workshops.
• Gather business requirements and facilitate process discussions.
• Lead Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Support go-live planning and deployment readiness activities.
• Assist with post-go-live hypercare and issue resolution.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination across project stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation, business analysis, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the ERP project lifecycle.
• Hands-on understanding of CRP, UAT, go-live, and hypercare processes.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and project coordination abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) is preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms will also be considered.
• Exposure to Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Finance functions is advantageous.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
