Job Overview

Linnk Group is seeking an experienced Analytics & MIS Expert to support performance reporting, business analytics, and data-driven insights across Cards and Digital Banking operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is suited to professionals with substantial banking or financial services experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) or business analytics.

The successful candidate will contribute to KPI reporting, dashboard development, campaign analysis, data reconciliation, and business performance monitoring. Strong expertise in Excel and SQL, combined with working knowledge of Python and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, will be important for delivering accurate and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MIS reports and business performance dashboards.
• Analyze business and operational data to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare and monitor KPIs related to Cards and Digital Banking.
• Conduct campaign performance analysis and reporting.
• Perform data reconciliation and validation to maintain reporting accuracy.
• Develop dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar BI platforms.
• Use advanced Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Apply Python where appropriate for data analysis and automation.
• Support business stakeholders with performance insights and analytical reporting.
• Monitor banking and financial services metrics relevant to Cards and Digital Banking.
• Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with business requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Professional experience in MIS or Business Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Knowledge of Cards and Digital Banking metrics.
• Experience in KPI reporting and dashboard development.
• Experience with campaign analysis and data reconciliation.
• Saudi or GCC banking experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
