Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Technical Head – AI Data Center Infrastructure to provide senior technical leadership for large-scale AI data center projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and supporting the delivery of high-performance, reliable, and scalable critical infrastructure.

The successful candidate will bring extensive experience across data centers and critical infrastructure, with strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and digital systems. Experience with hyperscale or large-scale data center projects is preferred, while GCC or Saudi project experience will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership for large-scale AI data center infrastructure projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering and technical teams.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, digital, and other critical infrastructure systems.
• Drive technical planning, engineering coordination, and project execution.
• Ensure infrastructure solutions meet performance, reliability, and project requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical interfaces across project teams.
• Support the delivery of high-performance and scalable data center infrastructure.
• Provide technical direction throughout project development and implementation.
• Review and resolve complex technical and engineering challenges.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to achieve technical and operational objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data centers and/or critical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Strong understanding of digital systems and infrastructure.
• Proven experience providing multidisciplinary technical leadership.
• Experience leading large engineering teams and complex infrastructure projects.
• Hyperscale or large-scale data center experience is preferred.
• GCC or Saudi Arabia project experience is an advantage.
• Strong technical communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
