Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MEP BIM Modeler for a full-time opportunity in Qatar. The role is suited to professionals with practical experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination, particularly those with strong knowledge of Revit MEP and experience working across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

The successful candidate will contribute to BIM modeling and coordination activities throughout construction and project environments. The position requires the ability to interpret MEP drawings, identify coordination requirements, and support BIM clash detection and resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MEP BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Create BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate MEP models with other project disciplines.
• Support BIM coordination and clash detection activities.
• Review and interpret MEP drawings and technical documentation.
• Identify coordination issues and support their resolution.
• Update BIM models based on project requirements and design changes.
• Collaborate with engineers, BIM coordinators, contractors, and project teams.
• Maintain model accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Support BIM documentation and project deliverables.
• Participate in coordination meetings and technical discussions when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination.
• Strong practical knowledge of Revit MEP.
• Experience in HVAC BIM modeling.
• Experience in plumbing BIM modeling.
• Experience in electrical BIM modeling.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
• Experience in construction or project environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Relevant BIM, Revit, or MEP certification is an advantage.
