Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO Analyst – Venue Technology to support project management and IT venue technology operations in Qatar. The role is suited to senior IT professionals with 10+ years of experience and a strong understanding of project management practices and technology operations.

The successful candidate will work across IT Venue Technology Operations Management, including environments involving building management and AV/ELV solutions. Strong analytical and communication capabilities are required to interpret complex data, identify trends, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support PMO activities for venue technology projects and operations.
• Apply established project management practices and PMO processes.
• Support IT Venue Technology Operations Management activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders.
• Analyze project and operational data to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare and maintain project reports and management information.
• Support project planning, tracking, governance, and reporting.
• Monitor project activities, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
• Support coordination of technology solutions within venue environments.
• Work with teams involved in building management and AV/ELV solutions.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to project documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Related field
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Strong understanding of project management practices.
• Experience in IT Venue Technology Operations Management.
• Experience with building management solutions and/or AV/ELV solutions.
• Understanding of technology operations within venue environments.
• Strong organizational, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.
