Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance activities on industrial motors.
• Carry out motor troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Perform motor repair and servicing activities.
• Support motor winding and rewinding activities where required.
• Conduct motor testing according to technical requirements.
• Perform assembly and disassembly of motors and related components.
• Inspect motor components and identify technical issues.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Follow established technical, safety, and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and testing documentation.
• Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in a relevant technical trade.
• Experience in motor maintenance.
• Practical experience in motor winding and testing.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience with motor assembly and disassembly.
• Industrial motor experience is preferred.
• GCC or Saudi Arabia experience is preferred.
