Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer (FDE) to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI applications, agentic workflows, and enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions in Dubai. The role focuses on applying modern AI engineering practices to build scalable applications that integrate large language models with enterprise systems.

The successful candidate will work extensively with Python, RAG pipelines, vector databases, LLMs, LangChain or LangGraph, Azure OpenAI/OpenAI APIs, FastAPI, REST APIs, Docker, Git, and CI/CD. Responsibilities will span AI agent development, prompt engineering, evaluation, testing, monitoring, optimization, and production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI applications using Python.
• Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Develop vector search solutions and integrate vector databases.
• Design, implement, and maintain AI agent workflows.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems and business applications.
• Develop APIs and microservices using FastAPI or similar Python frameworks.
• Implement prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Develop testing strategies for AI applications and agentic workflows.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot AI applications in production.
• Support production deployment of enterprise-grade GenAI solutions.
• Collaborate with solution architects, software engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI architectures, workflows, and application performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong professional Python development skills.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and/or OpenAI APIs.
• Strong understanding of RAG implementations.
• Practical experience with vector databases.
• Experience with FastAPI or similar Python frameworks.
• Strong REST API development experience.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Docker and containerized application environments.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and Generative AI architectures.
• Strong software engineering, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building production-grade Agentic AI or Generative AI applications.
• Enterprise AI integration experience.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Open to candidates of any nationality.
