Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for Design & Build infrastructure projects in Qatar. The role requires extensive industry experience, strong GCC exposure, and comprehensive knowledge of quality management systems, inspections, testing, and project quality documentation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards throughout project delivery and coordinating effectively with Clients, Consultants, and Subcontractors. Strong leadership, project coordination, communication, and technical quality management capabilities are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA/QC activities across Design & Build infrastructure projects.
• Establish, implement, and monitor project quality assurance and quality control systems.
• Develop, review, and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality verification activities.
• Monitor project compliance with approved specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain comprehensive quality records and project documentation.
• Coordinate quality-related activities with Clients and Consultants.
• Work closely with Subcontractors to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
• Monitor implementation of ISO-based quality management practices.
• Lead and guide QA/QC teams throughout project execution.
• Provide quality-related reports, updates, and recommendations to project management.
• Support continuous improvement of project quality processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong GCC experience.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is mandatory.
• UPDA/MMUP certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience in Design & Build infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, ITPs, inspections, testing, NCRs, and quality documentation.
• Proven experience coordinating with Clients, Consultants, and Subcontractors.
• Strong leadership and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
