Job Overview
We are seeking a Project Control Analyst to support project teams with budget management, cost control, forecasting, progress measurement, reporting, and change management across design and construction projects.
The role involves maintaining project budgets and cost-control systems, monitoring project progress, analyzing forecasts and cost variances, reviewing subcontractor payment applications and supplier invoices, and supporting change-order assessments. The position also contributes to project billing, project review meetings, schedule analysis, resource analysis, and change-management activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project budgets from initiation through completion.
- Maintain approved change orders and budget transfers.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cost-control systems and reports.
- Maintain progress measurement, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Update Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Completion (EAC), procurement plans, staffing plans, and other cost-control tools.
- Analyze forecasts against current budgets and identify, investigate, and report cost variances.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and self-performed resources where applicable.
- Review subcontractor payment applications and supplier invoices.
- Evaluate design- and field-related change requests from subcontractors.
- Prepare supporting analysis for change requests.
- Support assessment and preparation of client change-order requests.
- Prepare and communicate forecast-versus-budget reports to project stakeholders.
- Coordinate project billing documentation.
- Participate in project review meetings.
- Support schedule and resource analysis where required.
- Contribute to change-management processes and maintain accurate project records.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–10 years of relevant experience in Project Controls, Cost Control, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and professional integrity.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential project and financial information appropriately.
- Willingness to travel or relocate according to project requirements.
Technical Skills & Preferred Experience
- PMI, AACE, or similar professional certification is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Procore, Unifier, or similar project-management systems.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion, Vista, SAP, or other accounting/ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 EPPM, Oracle Primavera Cloud, ASSTA, or Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of risk-analysis techniques.
- Experience with large industrial construction projects is preferred.
- Scheduling experience is an advantage.
