Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Enterprise Asset Management (SAP EAM) Support Consultant to support and maintain SAP EAM and SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) processes in Saudi Arabia. The role involves SAP configuration, production support, troubleshooting, asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and collaboration with business and technical teams.

The successful candidate will contribute to the reliability and efficiency of enterprise asset and maintenance processes while supporting business requirements and SAP-related developments. Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support SAP EAM and SAP PM processes.
• Manage asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, work orders, notifications, and equipment management processes.
• Configure and support Functional Locations, Equipment, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, Work Centers, and Maintenance Orders.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and integrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
• Support data migration, master data validation, and asset-related data activities when required.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into appropriate SAP EAM solutions.
• Support testing, implementation, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve functional issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP EAM / SAP PM.
• Strong understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management processes.
• Experience with SAP EAM integration with MM and FI/CO.
• Good understanding of SAP master data related to asset and maintenance processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience preparing functional specifications and technical documentation is preferred.

Good to Have

• End-to-end SAP implementation experience.
• Experience in user training and knowledge transfer.
• Strong documentation and functional specification skills.
• Exposure to SAP PP integration.
