Job Overview

Nagarro is seeking an experienced Senior JavaScript Full-Stack Developer to join a banking technology team in Dubai, UAE. This is an onsite opportunity for a professional with 7–12 years of experience, with strong expertise in modern JavaScript development, Node.js, React, and microservices architecture.

The successful candidate will develop scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end environments. The role involves building responsive React interfaces, developing secure RESTful APIs and Node.js microservices, managing databases, and optimizing applications for performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and scalable user interfaces using React.js.
• Implement state management using Redux or Context API.
• Build secure and high-performance RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.
• Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications.
• Work with databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, test, and deliver new features.
• Implement unit testing and support software quality initiatives.
• Work with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support cloud-based application deployment and hosting.
• Contribute to technical design and microservices architecture decisions.
• Provide technical guidance and support team development activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 7–12 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
• Strong understanding and practical capability in Microservices Architecture (MSA).
• 10+ years of experience with MERN/PERN stacks is stated as a requirement.
• Proficiency in:

  • Express
• Experience with Redux or Context API.
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Team leadership or technical leadership experience.
