Key Responsibilities

Operations Control Centre (OCC) Agent

• Monitor and coordinate airport ground operations from the Operations Control Centre.
• Coordinate operational activities with relevant airport and ground handling teams.
• Monitor operational information and communicate updates to relevant teams.
• Support timely resolution of operational issues.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.

Duty Officer – Baggage Sorting

• Supervise baggage sorting operations and coordinate daily activities.
• Monitor baggage handling processes and operational performance.
• Coordinate with operational teams to maintain efficient baggage flow.
• Address operational issues and escalate matters when required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable airport operational procedures.

Supervisor – Baggage Sorting

• Supervise baggage sorting teams and daily operations.
• Allocate operational duties and monitor team performance.
• Ensure baggage handling activities are completed efficiently.
• Coordinate with other airport ground operations teams.
• Support compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Duty Officer – Ramp

• Coordinate and supervise ramp operations.
• Monitor aircraft ground handling activities.
• Coordinate with ramp teams and relevant airport stakeholders.
• Support safe and efficient aircraft turnaround operations.
• Handle operational issues and coordinate corrective actions.

Team Leader – Ramp

• Lead and supervise ramp operations teams.
• Allocate tasks and monitor employee performance.
• Support efficient aircraft ground handling activities.
• Ensure team compliance with operational and safety procedures.
• Report operational issues to the appropriate management team.

Equipment Operator

• Operate airport ground support equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct operational checks before equipment use.
• Follow airport safety and equipment-handling procedures.
• Report equipment issues or operational concerns.
• Support airport ground handling operations as required.

Push Back Driver

• Operate pushback equipment in accordance with airport procedures.
• Support safe aircraft pushback and ground movement activities.
• Coordinate with relevant ramp and aircraft handling teams.
• Conduct required equipment checks.
• Follow airport safety and operational procedures.

Driver – Baggage Sorting

• Transport baggage and related materials within designated airport areas.
• Operate assigned vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Support baggage sorting and ground handling operations.
• Follow airport traffic, safety, and operational procedures.
• Report vehicle or operational issues to supervisors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.
• Previous airport experience is mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
• Candidates must be below 38 years of age.
• Relevant experience in airport ground operations, baggage handling, ramp operations, equipment operation, or related airport services.
• Strong understanding of airport operational and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Good teamwork, communication, and operational coordination skills.
• Position-specific technical or operational experience as applicable.
