Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary according to the selected position and may include:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities at project sites.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure work follows approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate piping, EIT, coating, insulation, painting, preservation, and maintenance activities as applicable.
• Support construction engineering and advanced work packaging activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and project teams.
• Monitor site activities for compliance with project quality and safety requirements.
• Review technical documentation and construction-related records.
• Support turnover and project handover activities where applicable.
• Maintain construction progress reports and relevant site documentation.
• Identify construction issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Support preservation and maintenance requirements throughout project execution.
• Ensure assigned activities are completed according to project schedules and established procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant technical education or engineering qualification according to the position.
• Relevant construction, engineering, supervision, or site experience.
• Position-specific experience in EIT, piping, coating and insulation, painting and insulation, AWP, preservation and maintenance, or turnover as applicable.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site operations.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction quality and safety requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and site coordination abilities.
• Senior positions require appropriate experience and technical leadership capability.
