Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary according to the position and project discipline and may include:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities in accordance with project requirements.
• Manage site construction activities within the assigned discipline.
• Coordinate construction teams, contractors, and relevant project stakeholders.
• Support piping, EIT, coating, insulation, painting, and other specialist construction activities.
• Monitor work progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Provide technical engineering support for construction execution.
• Support Advanced Work Packaging activities and construction planning.
• Manage preservation and maintenance activities as assigned.
• Support project turnover and handover activities.
• Prepare and maintain relevant technical and construction documentation.
• Identify construction issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Work in accordance with applicable Oil & Gas, EPC, HSE, and quality requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, or construction projects.
• Technical qualifications and experience appropriate to the position applied for.
• Strong knowledge of construction execution and project requirements.
• Relevant discipline experience in areas such as piping, EIT, coating and insulation, painting and insulation, AWP, preservation and maintenance, or turnover.
• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and project procedures.
• Willingness to work on UAE and Middle East project assignments as required.
