Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7–10 years of professional experience.
• Mandatory oil and gas industry experience.
• Mandatory refinery field experience.
• Mandatory construction experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Kuwait.
• Strong mechanical engineering knowledge and practical project experience.
• Ability to work effectively in oil and gas, refinery, and construction environments.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant professional engineering certifications or additional technical training will be advantageous.
