Job Overview
Seagull International LLP is recruiting experienced professionals for an international Oil & Gas EPC and Construction Project in the UAE. Multiple opportunities are available across management, engineering, procurement, project controls, commissioning, quality control, and health and safety functions.
The positions are intended for experienced professionals with substantial GCC Oil & Gas experience and relevant EPC or construction industry backgrounds. Engineering qualifications are mandatory, with management positions requiring 15–20 years of relevant experience and engineering positions requiring 10–15 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary according to the selected position and may include:
- Manage or support Oil & Gas EPC and construction project activities.
- Lead engineering, construction, commissioning, procurement, or project-control functions as applicable.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
- Support project planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress monitoring.
- Manage procurement activities and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- Oversee mechanical, electrical, civil, instrumentation, HVAC, or telecommunications engineering activities.
- Support commissioning and project handover activities.
- Implement quality control requirements and engineering standards.
- Support HSE compliance and safe project execution.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, technical records, and progress reports.
- Contribute to successful delivery of international Oil & Gas EPC projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Engineering degree is mandatory.
- GCC experience in the Oil & Gas industry is mandatory.
- EPC and/or construction industry experience is required.
- Management positions: 15–20 years of relevant experience.
- Engineering positions: 10–15 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant technical experience corresponding to the applied position.
- Strong project coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work within international Oil & Gas project environments.
- Relevant professional certifications and technical training are advantageous.
