Job Overview

A recruitment opportunity is available for experienced Senior Site Engineers to support the Saadiyat Lagoons Project in Abu Dhabi. The position focuses specifically on infrastructure and utilities or roadworks, including sewerage, stormwater, potable water, irrigation, and road construction activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for site execution, supervision, coordination, and ensuring effective delivery of infrastructure works. Candidates with substantial experience in infrastructure and utilities projects can develop their technical expertise and long-term career growth through complex site engineering and project execution responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate infrastructure and utilities construction activities.
• Manage day-to-day site execution in accordance with project requirements.
• Monitor construction progress and coordinate site activities with relevant teams.
• Supervise infrastructure and utility works including sewerage, stormwater, potable water, irrigation, and roads.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure site activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor workmanship, construction quality, and project progress.
• Identify site issues and coordinate appropriate technical solutions.
• Support effective communication between site teams and project management.
• Maintain appropriate site documentation and reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience must be specifically in Infrastructure & Utilities or Roadworks.
• Relevant experience in:
  • Sewerage
  • Stormwater
  • Potable Water
  • Irrigation
  • Roads
• Strong experience in site execution and supervision.
• Strong coordination skills and experience working with project teams.
• Candidates from Arabic, Indian, or Nepali nationalities are eligible according to the employer’s stated requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a project-based construction environment.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Salary: AED 7,000–10,000

Final salary and benefits will be determined by HR in accordance with company policy and the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
