Requirements & Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Extensive experience in hospital, commercial, or residential building projects.
• Strong experience in project planning and execution.
• Experience in project budgeting and cost management.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Indian nationality preferred.
• GCC project experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution.
• Coordinate project activities across engineering and construction teams.
• Assist with budgeting and project cost management.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and support timely completion.
• Assist in resolving project-related technical and operational issues.

2. Project Engineer – Civil

Experience: 10–12 years, including GCC experience

Requirements & Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of structural, architectural, and finishing works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera.
• Experience in hospital and commercial building projects is required.
• Strong technical coordination and project execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

• B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Sound knowledge of structural and finishing works.
• Strong site supervision experience.
• Experience in quality control and construction coordination.
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors.
• Hospital and commercial building experience preferred.
• GCC experience required.
