Job Overview

SHAKER Consultancy Group is seeking qualified professionals for multiple engineering, construction supervision, HSE, technical, surveying, quantity surveying, ICT, and administrative positions across Riyadh, Makkah, and Abha, Saudi Arabia. The available opportunities cover a range of disciplines, including structural engineering, civil inspection, land surveying, quality assurance and quality control, electrical and mechanical engineering, architecture, ICT, health and safety, and administration.

Candidates with relevant experience in engineering consultancy and construction supervision are encouraged to apply. Saudi Arabia project experience is preferred, while the required level of professional experience ranges from a minimum of 5 years up to 10+ years depending on the position.

1. Structural Engineer – Lead / Senior

• Senior-level structural engineering opportunity.
• Relevant engineering consultancy or construction supervision experience required.

2. Civil Inspector

• Experience in civil inspection and construction supervision.
• Ability to monitor construction activities and compliance with project requirements.

3. Land Surveyor

• Experience in land surveying and construction-related surveying activities.
• Ability to support accurate site measurements and surveying requirements.
• Relevant Saudi project experience is preferred.

4. QA/QC Engineer

• Experience in quality assurance and quality control activities.
• Relevant engineering consultancy or construction supervision background.
• Ability to support project quality requirements and documentation.

5. Senior HSE – Saudi National

• Senior-level HSE position.
• Saudi nationality required for this position.

6. Electrical Engineer

• Relevant electrical engineering experience.
• Background in engineering consultancy and/or construction supervision preferred.
• Saudi project experience is an advantage.

7. Mechanical Engineer

• Relevant mechanical engineering experience.
• Experience in engineering consultancy and/or construction supervision preferred.
• Saudi project experience is preferred.

8. Quantity Surveyor (QS)

• Relevant quantity surveying and construction experience.
• Experience in project commercial and quantity management preferred.
• Consultancy or construction supervision background is advantageous.

9. Architectural Engineer

• Relevant architectural engineering experience.
• Experience in engineering consultancy and/or construction supervision preferred.
• Saudi project experience is an advantage.

10. ICT Engineer

• Relevant ICT engineering and technical experience.
• Experience within engineering consultancy or construction supervision environments preferred.
• Saudi project experience is an advantage.

11. Secretary

• Relevant administrative and secretarial experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience supporting engineering or construction environments is advantageous.

12. HSE Engineer

• Relevant HSE engineering experience.
• Background in construction supervision and/or engineering consultancy preferred.
• Strong safety and compliance knowledge required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience, up to 10+ years depending on the position.
• Relevant educational qualifications and professional experience for the selected position.
• Relevant experience in engineering consultancy and/or construction supervision preferred.
• Saudi Arabia project experience is preferred.
• Strong technical, communication, coordination, and organizational skills appropriate to the position.
• Relevant professional certifications and technical training are advantageous where applicable.
