Job Overview

Mastek is hiring experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professionals for two permanent positions in Abu Dhabi, UAE: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant and Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant. These opportunities are suited to professionals with 10–15 years of relevant experience and strong hands-on expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM technologies and functional modules.

The roles involve supporting Oracle HCM implementations, integrations, reporting, extensions, module rollouts, and user-experience adoption. Successful candidates will have opportunities to work on enterprise-level Oracle HCM environments while developing their technical and functional expertise through professional development, implementation experience, and relevant Oracle certifications.

Position 1: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Work across Oracle Fusion HCM modules from both functional and technical perspectives.
• Develop and support SQL and PL/SQL solutions.
• Create and maintain BI Publisher and OTBI reports.
• Develop extensions using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
• Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Support HCM integrations using HCM Data Loader and HCM Extracts.
• Manage inbound and outbound interfaces with third-party systems.
• Support Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and integration requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong functional understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Experience with BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.
• Experience with VBCS extensions.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with HCM Data Loader and HCM Extracts.
• Experience with third-party system integrations and interfaces.

Position 2: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Fusion HCM functional activities across the HCM suite.
• Work with Core HR, Absence, and Talent modules.
• Support Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations and rollouts.
• Support Oracle Learning implementations and rollouts.
• Handle Oracle Learning customization requirements.
• Support adoption and rollout of the Redwood user experience.
• Provide functional expertise throughout Oracle Fusion HCM initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience across Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Expertise in Core HR, Absence, and Talent modules.
• Experience supporting and rolling out Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Experience supporting and rolling out Oracle Learning.
• Experience with Oracle Learning customization.
• Experience with Redwood user-experience adoption and rollout.
• Strong functional consulting and communication skills.
