Job Overview

Candidzone is seeking an experienced and technically proficient Application Development Officer to support and develop enterprise applications in Qatar. The position is designed for an experienced techno-functional professional with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.X HRMS and a minimum of eight years of relevant experience.

The successful candidate will provide techno-functional support and development across Oracle HRMS environments, with a focus on Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). Key Responsibilities

• Support and develop enterprise applications using Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.X HRMS.
• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HRMS applications.
• Support Core HR functionality and related business processes.
• Support Oracle Payroll applications and processes.
• Work with Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).
• Analyze and troubleshoot application and HRMS-related issues.
• Support technical and functional requirements within Oracle HRMS.
• Contribute to application development and system enhancement activities.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to support enterprise application requirements.
• Maintain effective Oracle HRMS support and development processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of techno-functional experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.X HRMS.
• Strong expertise in Core HR.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Payroll.
• Experience with Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).
• Strong understanding of Oracle HRMS techno-functional support and development.
• Valid QID is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
