Job Overview

Applab is seeking an experienced and highly organized Software Project Manager to lead and successfully deliver software development projects from initiation through deployment in Qatar. The role requires strong project management capabilities, effective team coordination, and the ability to maintain alignment between technology delivery and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software development projects from initiation through deployment.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and scope.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure software projects remain aligned with business objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Strong experience managing software development projects.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of project timelines, budgets, scope, and deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Arabic proficiency is preferred.
