Job Overview

Applab is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support business analysis activities across ongoing projects in Qatar. Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Document business requirements, processes, and functional specifications.
• Translate business requirements into actionable insights and solution requirements.
• Support solution delivery across ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams throughout project activities.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and requirements validation where applicable.
• Prepare analysis and project documentation.
• Provide insights that support effective business solutions and business value.
• Communicate findings and requirements clearly to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills.
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of Agile project environments.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of SQL and Power BI is beneficial.
• Understanding of UAT and solution validation processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Detail-oriented approach to analysis and documentation.
• Arabic proficiency is preferred.
