Job Overview

We are looking for a Microbiology Laboratory Analyst to support laboratory testing and quality control activities. The position is suitable for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or Medical Laboratory Analysis, including fresh graduates and professionals with up to one year of relevant experience in cosmetics or medical device quality control laboratories.

The role involves laboratory procedures, chemical analysis, quality control, documentation, and compliance with GMP, GLP, safety procedures, and laboratory SOPs. Key Responsibilities

• Perform microbiology and laboratory quality control activities according to established procedures.
• Follow laboratory SOPs, GMP, GLP, and safety requirements.
• Support chemical analysis and laboratory testing activities.
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and reports.
• Ensure laboratory procedures are performed according to quality standards.
• Handle multiple laboratory tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with laboratory and quality control teams.
• Support continuous improvement of laboratory procedures and quality practices.
• Work night shifts and overtime when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or Medical Laboratory Analysis.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Up to 1 year of experience in a cosmetics or medical device QC laboratory is preferred.
• Knowledge of chemical analysis and laboratory procedures.
• Understanding of quality control practices.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work night shifts and overtime when required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, safety procedures, and laboratory SOPs.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
