An established Outdoor Advertising company is urgently hiring an Admin Executive to support operational, administrative, and campaign coordination activities for out-of-home (OOH) advertising projects. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational abilities, administrative experience, and excellent coordination skills within advertising, media, or operations environments.
The Admin Executive will play a critical role in ensuring advertising campaigns such as billboards, transit media, and digital outdoor displays are executed efficiently and on schedule. The position involves coordinating with clients, vendors, installation teams, and internal departments to manage documentation, reporting, billing support, and campaign logistics.

🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate advertising campaign execution with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain booking schedules, contracts, and site availability records
- Prepare campaign reports and proof-of-performance (POP) documentation
- Coordinate with site owners, printers, and maintenance teams
- Support installation scheduling and material management
- Ensure compliance with outdoor advertising regulations and permits
- Assist with invoice generation and vendor payment coordination
- Monitor collections and financial documentation processes
- Maintain databases for hoarding locations, inventories, and client records
- Handle administrative and operational support activities efficiently
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and logistical requirements simultaneously
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in administration, back-office, or operations roles
- Experience in advertising, media, outdoor advertising, or real estate industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and operational teams
- Good reporting and data management capabilities
