Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience using job portals and candidate sourcing tools
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
  • Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and candidate management processes
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
