  • Participate in Oracle Cloud implementation and transformation programs
  • Deliver functional and technical consulting support across Oracle HCM, ERP, and CX platforms
  • Configure, customize, and optimize Oracle Cloud applications based on business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders for successful project delivery
  • Support Oracle Cloud migration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
  • Develop and maintain Oracle Redwood UI components and enhancements where applicable
  • Manage Oracle Subscription Management and CPQ functional processes
  • Ensure high-quality documentation, compliance, and project governance standards
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and process improvement recommendations
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives and Oracle Cloud best practices

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, HR, or related field
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant Oracle consulting or implementation experience
  • Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas:
    • Oracle HCM Cloud
    • Oracle US Payroll
    • Oracle Compensation Management
    • Oracle ERP Cloud Financials
    • Lease Management
    • Oracle Subscription Management
    • Oracle CPQ Functional Consulting
    • Oracle Redwood UI Development
  • Experience with enterprise Oracle Cloud transformation programs
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in collaborative and client-facing environments
  • Oracle Cloud certification is highly preferred
  • Experience in agile delivery methodologies and enterprise cloud projects is advantageous
