🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants for US IT requirements across C2C, W2, and 1099 opportunities
- Handle bench sales activities for H1B, OPT, GC, USC, and EAD consultants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and staffing partners
- Negotiate billing rates and contract terms with clients and vendors
- Coordinate interviews, submissions, and consultant onboarding processes
- Track consultant availability, placements, and project status updates
- Ensure timely communication with consultants regarding project opportunities
- Maintain recruitment databases and vendor management records
- Work efficiently during US shift timings to support client requirements
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
- 3–5 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales and staffing
- Strong understanding of C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models
- Experience working with H1B, OPT, GC, USC, and EAD consultants
- Established Tier-1 vendor network and client relationships preferred
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, job portals, and consultant marketing techniques
