Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and payroll administration
- Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and TDS
- Handle payroll taxation and income tax-related processes
- Maintain compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
- Generate payroll MIS reports and analytical reporting documentation
- Coordinate payroll audits and compliance-related activities
- Manage HRMS payroll operations using KEKA, Darwinbox, or similar platforms
- Support payroll automation and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure payroll accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams for payroll coordination
Requirements & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in payroll operations and compliance management
- Strong expertise in payroll processing and statutory compliance
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, TDS, and labour laws
- Experience with income tax and payroll taxation processes
- Proficiency in HRMS platforms such as KEKA and Darwinbox
- Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills
- Ability to independently manage payroll operations
- Detail-oriented approach with strong process management capabilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in payroll automation and reporting systems preferred
