- Manage bench sales operations for IT consultants and staffing requirements
- Coordinate with recruiters, vendors, and clients for placement opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and vendors
- Market consultants for suitable US staffing requirements
- Track submissions, interviews, and placement activities
- Negotiate rates and support end-to-end staffing processes
- Ensure timely communication with consultants regarding project opportunities

๐ Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related field
- 3 months to 3 years of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment or US Staffing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite work environment
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities
- Basic understanding of recruitment tools, vendor management, and client coordination
