🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Virtual CFO for multiple client accounts
- Manage high-level financial reporting and MIS analysis
- Handle GST, TDS, taxation, and regulatory compliance activities
- Coordinate audit management and financial review processes
- Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams
- Support strategic financial planning and business advisory services
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations
- Work with ERP systems such as Tally, Zoho, SAP, and related platforms
- Prepare financial insights and operational reports for clients
- Maintain strong client relationships and advisory support
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in CA firms, Big 4, or consulting firms preferred
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, MIS, taxation, and compliance
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, audit management, and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in ERP systems including Tally, Zoho, SAP, or equivalent
- Excellent English communication and client management skills
- Strong analytical, leadership, and team management abilities
💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
- Salary: INR 10 LPA – INR 12 LPA
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
