Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and engineering strategy across frontend, backend, AI/ML, and cloud infrastructure
- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications and backend services
- Design high-performance systems for rendering, real-time processing, and scalable deployments
- Build and optimize AI/ML deployment pipelines and cloud-native workflows
- Develop frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, WebGL, and Three.js
- Build scalable backend services using Node.js, Python, REST APIs, and GraphQL
- Manage AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment automation
- Lead engineering discussions, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making
- Hire, mentor, and scale engineering teams while establishing engineering best practices
- Collaborate with product, design, and leadership teams on technical roadmap planning
- Optimize application performance, reliability, security, and scalability
- Support enterprise-grade engineering operations, monitoring, and incident management
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 9+ years of engineering experience with 3–4 years in technical leadership roles
- Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and scalable system design
- Strong knowledge of WebGL, Three.js, and real-time rendering technologies
- Experience deploying AI/ML systems and machine learning pipelines
- Deep understanding of scalable SaaS architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native engineering
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and modern database systems
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and engineering management abilities
- Experience working in startup or scale-up technology environments
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with XR, gaming, immersive technologies, or 3D rendering systems
- Knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, Stable Diffusion, and LLM workflows
- Experience scaling engineering teams from startup to growth stages
- Familiarity with Babylon.js, glTF, USDZ, and rendering optimization
- Experience collaborating directly with founders and executive leadership
