🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of product design experience
• At least 2+ years in a design leadership or management role
• Strong expertise in UX methodology and product design processes
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Experience designing complex SaaS, enterprise, or technical products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design systems, UX strategy, and interaction design
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
