Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage jewellery collections based on customer demand and market trends
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors for jewellery sourcing and procurement
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving jewellery products to improve inventory turnover
- Ensure attractive visual merchandising and proper showroom display standards
- Analyze sales reports, customer preferences, and product performance data
- Support pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and seasonal product launches
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for promotional activities and collection visibility
- Ensure jewellery quality standards and product specifications are maintained

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in jewellery merchandising, jewellery retail, or retail operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery products
- Understanding of inventory management, stock planning, and retail merchandising processes
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Basic computer proficiency including Excel, inventory software, and ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail with awareness of jewellery market trends and customer preferences
- Ability to work efficiently under sales targets and operational deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
