Key Responsibilities

Accountant (Recent Graduate)

• Perform daily accounting operations.
• Record accounting entries accurately within the accounting system.
• Maintain financial documentation and supporting records.
• Assist in preparing periodic financial reports.
• Support the finance team with various accounting activities.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures.

Accountant (Experienced)

• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Prepare accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare and submit tax returns while ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and analyze financial statements.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

Accountant (Recent Graduate)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
• Recent graduate.
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.

Accountant (Experienced)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
• Relevant practical accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and tax regulations.
• Experience in financial reporting, bank reconciliation, taxation, and financial statement preparation.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounting responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as SOCPA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Knowledge of ERP and accounting software is beneficial.
