Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI and machine learning solutions.
• Build Generative AI applications using Large Language Models.
• Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Work with vector databases for AI-powered search and retrieval applications.
• Develop and optimize machine learning models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
• Implement and optimize AI model inference and deployment using technologies such as vLLM and Ollama.
• Develop scalable AI solutions using Python.
• Integrate LLMs and AI models into production applications.
• Evaluate and optimize AI model performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot and improve AI applications deployed in production environments.
• Stay updated with developments in Generative AI, LLMs, model deployment, and AI engineering practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML.
• Strong hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI solutions.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Practical experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Experience developing RAG-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, and/or Keras.
• Experience with vLLM and Ollama is preferred.
• Experience working with vector databases.
• Strong understanding of AI model deployment and production environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Relevant AI/ML certifications and professional training are advantageous.
