Job Overview

A leading banking client in Abu Dhabi is hiring experienced AI Ops Engineers and Agent Runtime Platform Engineers to support a large-scale Enterprise AI and Digital Transformation Program. The roles focus on operating and engineering enterprise-grade AI platforms, cloud-native infrastructure, agentic AI solutions, and production-ready technology environments.

The AI Ops Engineer will contribute to AI Ops, LLMOps, MLOps, deployment automation, monitoring, observability, AI FinOps, model governance, and production support. The Agent Runtime Platform Engineer will focus on Kubernetes and Azure-based container platforms, infrastructure as code, API gateways, secure integrations, AI agent architectures, MCP servers, and event-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities

AI Ops Engineer

• Operate and support enterprise AI, AI Ops, LLMOps, and MLOps platforms.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, release automation, and deployment governance.
• Implement monitoring, observability, telemetry, dashboards, and production-support processes.
• Support cloud-native platforms, API management, and reliability engineering.
• Drive operational readiness for enterprise AI workloads and production deployments.
• Support AI FinOps initiatives and cloud/model cost optimization.
• Contribute to model governance, change management, and release controls.
• Maintain reliable and production-ready AI platform operations.

Agent Runtime Platform Engineer

• Engineer and support AKS, Kubernetes, Azure Container Apps, and containerized platforms.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Implement GitHub Actions and platform automation.
• Manage API gateways, networking, workload identity, and secrets management.
• Build secure integrations for enterprise cloud-native platforms.
• Support AI agent architectures, MCP servers, and event-driven systems.
• Design scalable and resilient cloud-native runtime environments.
• Implement observability, security, reliability, and cost-optimization practices.
• Ensure platforms are production-ready and operationally reliable.

Requirements & Qualifications

AI Ops Engineer

• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in AI Ops, LLMOps, MLOps, or Enterprise AI Platform Operations.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, telemetry, dashboards, and production support.
• Knowledge of cloud-native platforms, API management, and reliability engineering.
• Understanding of AI FinOps, cost optimization, model governance, and change management.
• Strong operational and troubleshooting skills.

Agent Runtime Platform Engineer

• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience with AKS, Kubernetes, Azure Container Apps, and containerized platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and platform automation.
• Knowledge of API gateways, networking, workload identity, and secrets management.
• Understanding of AI agent architectures, MCP servers, and event-driven systems.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native runtime design, observability, security, and resilience.
• Experience building production-ready platforms.
