Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Applications Architect – Dynamics 365 / Power Platform to support enterprise technology solutions in Tallahassee, Florida. The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Azure services, and enterprise application architecture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for technical architecture, platform integration, security, governance, application lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer. Experience working in GCC, FedRAMP, and CJIS environments is required, along with the ability to operate within security-focused and regulated technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise application architectures using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop and manage Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse solutions, including Case Management.
• Design Dataverse schemas with appropriate security, scalability, and performance considerations.
• Build solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, REST, and OData.
• Integrate Microsoft solutions with SharePoint Online.
• Manage application lifecycle management through Azure DevOps Repos and Pipelines.
• Support solution deployments and enterprise ALM processes.
• Implement security, governance, RBAC, auditing, and DLP controls.
• Monitor applications and infrastructure and perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Produce technical architecture documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and technical teams within Agile delivery environments.
• Support compliance requirements within GCC, FedRAMP, and CJIS environments.
• Contribute to continuous platform improvement, technical standards, and professional development.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Case Management.
• Advanced knowledge of Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate.
• Strong Dataverse schema design, security, and performance-tuning experience.
• Experience with:
  • Azure Logic Apps
  • Azure Functions
  • Azure Storage
  • REST/OData integrations
  • SharePoint Online
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps Repos, Pipelines, ALM, and solution deployments.
• Experience in GCC, FedRAMP, and CJIS environments.
• Strong understanding of security, governance, RBAC, auditing, and DLP.
• Experience with application monitoring, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong technical architecture and documentation capabilities.
• Experience with knowledge transfer and technical stakeholder communication.
• Agile delivery experience and strong stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to successfully complete the required background check.
• CJIS certification is required.
• Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.
