Job Overview

High Links Contracting is urgently hiring an experienced Architectural Technical Engineer for a construction project in Qiddiya, Saudi Arabia. The position is suited to professionals with strong technical experience in construction projects and expertise in architectural technical documentation and coordination.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting technical documentation, reviewing architectural drawings, BOQs, specifications, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and technical submissions. Strong coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and project teams are essential for successful project delivery.

Experience in Qiddiya or other large-scale construction projects is preferred. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage technical documentation for construction projects.
• Review and coordinate architectural shop drawings.
• Review material submittals and technical submissions.
• Prepare, review, and respond to RFIs.
• Review method statements and related technical documentation.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate technical matters with consultants and contractors.
• Work closely with project teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure technical submissions comply with project specifications and requirements.
• Support effective technical coordination throughout project execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and technical records.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant technical experience in construction projects.
• Strong experience in:
  • Technical documentation
  • Architectural shop drawings
  • Material submittals
  • RFIs
  • Method statements
• Experience reviewing:
  • Drawings
  • BOQs
  • Specifications
  • Technical submissions
• Strong coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Qiddiya or large-scale project experience is preferred.
• Strong technical communication and coordination skills.
• Relevant professional training and experience certificates should be available.
