Job Overview

An international opportunity is available for an experienced Business Analyst to join a Banking and Financial Services project in Saudi Arabia. The position is suited to professionals with 3–5 years of experience and strong domain expertise in banking, lending, credit cards, KYC, and loan lifecycle processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to analyze requirements, prepare business and functional documentation, support Agile delivery, coordinate user acceptance testing, and contribute to effective technology solutions. Exposure to core banking systems and regulatory frameworks will be highly advantageous.

This is a 2-year contract opportunity with visa sponsorship and provides strong potential for career growth and professional development within the Saudi banking and financial services sector. Candidates can further strengthen their expertise through banking technology projects, Agile training, business analysis certifications, and domain-specific professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements across banking and financial services functions.
• Gather, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD).
• Work with stakeholders to understand lending, credit card, KYC, and loan lifecycle requirements.
• Collaborate with technology and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Agile delivery processes, including requirements refinement and sprint activities.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop test scenarios and validate solutions against business requirements.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and potential impacts associated with business requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
• Support implementation of banking technology solutions.
• Contribute to documentation, process improvement, and project reporting.
• Ensure requirements are aligned with applicable banking processes and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong domain expertise in Banking & Financial Services.
• Experience in one or more of the following:
  • Lending
  • Credit Cards
  • KYC
  • Loan Lifecycle
• Strong experience preparing BRD and FRD documentation.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional requirements.
• Exposure to core banking systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of banking regulatory frameworks is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business, technology, and project teams.

Salary: SAR 15,000–18,000 per month
