Job Overview

Drawlines is hiring an experienced CAD Operator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position is focused on candidates with strong experience in Fit-Out projects, AutoCAD, construction documentation, and detailed technical drawings.

The successful candidate will contribute to the preparation and development of accurate CAD drawings supporting construction and Fit-Out activities. Candidates must be currently based in Saudi Arabia and hold a valid Iqama, as this is a mandatory requirement for the position.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop detailed CAD drawings for Fit-Out and construction projects.
• Interpret architectural, construction, and technical drawings.
• Update drawings according to project requirements and revisions.
• Coordinate drawing information with project and site teams.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with project specifications.
• Maintain organized CAD files and project documentation.
• Support construction and Fit-Out teams with required technical drawings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant CAD experience.
• Mandatory experience in Fit-Out projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and detailed technical drawings.
• Practical knowledge of CAD documentation and drawing standards.
• Candidates must currently be located in Saudi Arabia.
• Valid Iqama is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
