Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise security architecture strategy.
• Establish security architecture principles, standards, and technology requirements.
• Lead Zero Trust security architecture and transformation programs.
• Develop and oversee cloud security architecture across enterprise environments.
• Establish secure-by-design standards for applications, infrastructure, and technology platforms.
• Oversee security architecture activities across major technology and digital transformation projects.
• Review proposed technology architectures and identify security risks and control requirements.
• Develop security architecture frameworks aligned with enterprise cybersecurity objectives.
• Advise executive leadership on technology security risks and strategic security priorities.
• Collaborate with technology, infrastructure, cloud, application, and cybersecurity teams.
• Ensure security requirements are embedded throughout technology development and implementation lifecycles.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Extensive senior-level experience in cybersecurity, security architecture, enterprise architecture, or information security.
• Proven experience defining and implementing enterprise security architecture strategies.
• Strong expertise in cloud security architecture and enterprise technology protection.
• Demonstrated experience leading Zero Trust security programs.
• Strong understanding of secure-by-design principles and technology security standards.
• Experience overseeing security architecture for large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of application, infrastructure, network, cloud, and emerging technology security.
• Excellent executive-level communication and strategic advisory capabilities.
• Strong risk assessment, governance, and decision-making skills.
• Experience advising senior executives on cybersecurity and technology risks.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, SABSA, CCSP, CISM, TOGAF, or equivalent security and architecture credentials are advantageous.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Salary: AED 650,000–950,000 + Bonus
