Job Overview

Albadwy is seeking experienced Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical QA/QC Engineers to support infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The positions are suitable for engineering professionals with a strong background in quality assurance and quality control and practical experience working within infrastructure project environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures relevant to the assigned engineering discipline.
• Conduct inspections and verify construction activities against approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Review technical documentation, inspection requests, material submissions, and quality records.
• Identify non-conformities and support appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with construction teams, consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines on quality-related matters.
• Monitor material and workmanship quality throughout project execution.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports, checklists, test records, and QA/QC documentation.
• Support quality audits, inspections, testing, and project compliance activities.
• Ensure engineering and construction activities meet applicable project specifications and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project QA/QC processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Solid professional experience in QA/QC engineering.
• Previous experience working on infrastructure projects is required.
• Strong understanding of engineering quality control procedures and construction quality requirements.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, technical documents, and inspection requirements.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary construction and engineering teams.
• Candidates with Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience are preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
