Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage civil infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and develop civil engineering designs for a range of developments.
• Work on commercial, residential, retail, hotel, office, industrial, and mixed-use projects.
• Gain increasing ownership and responsibility for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on technically challenging designs.
• Support project delivery from design through relevant project stages.
• Apply appropriate engineering standards and design principles.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Prepare accurate technical documentation and engineering deliverables.
• Apply drainage design principles to civil infrastructure projects.
• Work in accordance with relevant Eurocodes and British Standards.
• Contribute to project problem-solving and continuous technical improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline.

Experience

• Approximately 2–3+ years of experience in the design and management of civil infrastructure projects.
• Consultancy experience is desirable.
• Experience with drainage design is important.
• Exposure to commercial, residential, retail, hotel, industrial, or mixed-use developments is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of civil infrastructure design.
• Experience with drainage design.
• Familiarity with Eurocodes and British Standards.
• Experience using 3D modelling software.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to produce accurate engineering work.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Organised approach to project work.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Salary: €45,000 – €55,000+ per year, depending on experience (DOE).
