Job Overview

Zoman Group is hiring 6 Civil Inspectors to join its field engineering operations team across project sites in Dammam and Al Ahsa, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The Civil Inspector will monitor subcontractor activities, earthworks, concrete pouring, steel fixing, structural installations, and material quality. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections of civil and structural works.
• Verify construction activities against approved engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor subcontractor progress and workmanship.
• Inspect earthworks, concrete pouring, steel fixing, and structural installations.
• Identify site non-conformances and communicate technical observations.
• Prepare technical reports and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Verify the quality of construction materials.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials at project sites.
• Assist with daily site progress logs and quality control checklists.
• Prepare and support inspection requests (RFIs).
• Maintain accurate site inspection and technical documentation.
• Support site engineers and project teams with quality and inspection activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Relevant civil inspection experience is preferred.
• Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
